PERT/FCLE Score Request

This form is for students requesting PERT or FCLE scores to be retrieved from the Florida Department of Education database.

Please complete all required fields. Check your Atlas account within two (2) business days to view your scores; if after two (2) business days your scores are not viewable in Atlas, email assessment@valenciacollege.edu

Were you previously enrolled at the institution where you took the assessment?

Valid test scores will be received if test dates are less than two-years old.

PERT Scores for DE candidates will not be processed through this request form. You must go through your guidance counselor for scores to be sent from your school district.

FCLE

If you took the FCLE in high school or were enrolled at another institution, you must submit your transcripts that reflect an FCLE Composite score of 48 or higher.
