Please provide a brief (no more than one page) response. In your response, please include your goals as a dance major and indicate your future goals and aspirations with regards to the completion of your degree.

Please attach a full-length photograph of yourself in dance class attire. This photograph will only be used as a reflective tool for the audition committee.
