*Students: Please read and accept before submitting your work.* From the Valencia College Student Code of Conduct, Volume 8, Policy: 6Hx28:8-11 Policy Statement: - All forms of academic dishonesty are prohibited at Valencia College. Academic dishonesty includes, but is not limited to, acts or attempted acts of plagiarism, cheating, furnishing false information, forgery, alteration or misuse of documents, misconduct during a testing situation, facilitating academic dishonesty, and misuse of identification with intent to defraud or deceive. - All work submitted by students is expected to be the result of the students' individual thoughts, research, and self-expression. Whenever a student uses ideas, wording, or organization from another source, the source shall be appropriately acknowledged. I certify that the work I am submitting is my own original work and to the extent I have used material from another source, that source has been appropriately acknowledged. I understand and acknowledge that submitting another's work may constitute a violation of the Student Code of Conduct and may result in disciplinary action from the College. Do you agree?
