By signing below, I consent to and authorize The District Board of Trustees of Valencia College, Florida and the Valencia College Foundation, along with their agents, assignees, and licensees (hereinafter “the College”), to use and reproduce my name, image, voice, likeness, and/or other personal representations in (1) video, photograph, or audio recording that may be developed and (2) any video, photograph, audio recording, or other media that may be developed that is reproduced in whole or in part from the video, audio, photograph or audio recording captured as part of the Event above, for the following purpose(s): - College advertising and marketing; - Publicity for the Event and the College in general; - Education; - Fundraising for college scholarships and other initiatives. I understand that I am under no obligation to provide this consent and am doing so voluntarily and of my own free will. I understand that the College is a non-for-profit entity and acknowledge that I am not being compensated for the College's use of my name, image, voice, and/or likeness. I waive any claim to compensation or damages based on the use of my name, image, voice, and/or likeness by the College as described herein. I understand that I am not entitled to any pre-approval of the use of my name, image, voice, and/or likeness before disclosure or publication. Such use does not constitute and shall not be construed as, my endorsement of the College unless explicitly stated by an accompanying message. I understand that this consent is enforceable for a period no longer than the natural life of the person whose signature appears below.
